Key Success Factors

Key Success Factors (KSF) are three to five broad areas that an organization must focus in order to achieve its vision and mission. KSF may be major weaknesses that must be fixed before other goals can be achieved or strengths that must be maintained. KSF are not as specific as strategies. Sometimes KSF are called critical success factors. (see Mark Graham Brown, Winning Score).
