Fact

What is a fact? 1) A thing that is indisputably true of false, 2) something that has really occurred, 3) a perception that what is known is true, 4) an event, item of information, or state of affairs existing, observed, or known to have happened, and which is confirmed or validated, 5) knowledge or information based on real occurrences. The usual test for a statement of fact is verifiability.
