Environmental Turbulence
Environmental turbulence refers to the amount of change and complexity in the environment of a company. The greater the amount of change in environmental factors, such as technology and governmental regulations, and/or the greater the number of environmental factors that must be considered, the higher the level of environmental turbulence.
